Government school officials have taken sides when it comes to the homosexual agenda, even making homosexual pornography available. Credible researchers have made the case that pornography is used by predators to groom new entrants. This is well-documented in all cases of sexual exploitation. It is shocking that government school officials would have so little integrity and courage that they would take sides to back a dangerous message to confused and troubled young people.
Not only that, but they refuse to give even equal treatment to a message of healing, deliverance and safety.

Gay Reversal Advocates Say School Libraries Banning Their ‘Ex-Gay’ Books
By Diane Macedo
Visit most public school libraries and you’ll find an array of books that address the subject of homosexuality. Many include sexually explicit content, and some even include graphic images.
But if you’re looking for a book that refers to the possibility that homosexuality can be “reversed,” a Chicago-based group says your best bet is the banned books list.
Parents and Friends of Ex-Gays & Gays (PFOX) says there’s an entire community of people across the world who say that their sexual orientation changed from gay to straight. But they’re not getting their message out, the group says, because libraries across the country refuse to carry literature that describes these experiences or any studies that support them.
So a book like “My Genes Made Me Do It!: A Scientific Look at Sexual Orientation” – which argues that sexuality is shaped by a variety of factors, not just biological – can’t get a spot on the school library shelf.
Neither can “You Don’t Have to Be Gay,” which describes author Jeff Konrad’s struggle to overcome his unwanted same-sex attractions.
But “Baby Be-Bop,” the coming-out story of a gay teen, which includes descriptions of his sexual encounters in bathroom stalls with men he never talks to, makes the stacks.
So does “Love & Sex: Ten Stories of Truth,” which describes a gay teen’s relationship with his tutor with excerpts like: “Matt had one leg locked between mine, so that his d—- was smashed between his stomach and my thigh. And as his hand jerked up and down on me his hips humped with the same rhythm.”
Ask why the “ex-gay” books aren’t making the cut, and the answers range.
Some say the books simply haven’t been reviewed by the proper institutions; others say the idea the books promote – that homosexuality is a treatable condition – can be psychologically damaging to homosexuals.
PFOX Executive Director Regina Griggs says the group just wants anyone struggling with unwanted same sex attractions to know all of the options available to them – but she says most schools won’t even accept “ex-gay” materials free of charge.
“We offered the same books to Montgomery County, Maryland, and Arlington and Fairfax Counties in Virginia. We e-mailed all publicly funded universities nationwide that have a GLBTQ center,” Griggs told Foxnews.com.
“Our offer to donate ex-gay books and brochures, we were rejected by all.”

The best reason I can think of for not stocking “ex gay” books is that there’s no such thing as “ex gay.”
Look for them next to the “ex left handed” books.

The last thing we need in school libraries is books telling gay kids that they don’t have to be gay. That’s not what they need to hear. After all, they’ve likely been hearing that their whole lives, and it probably hasn’t helped.

There have been reported cases of people going from gay to straight.
Either these people are denying themselves sexually, which can lead to paranoid delusions, rage, and anxiety within the next couple of decades of their lives, or they experienced a trauma (such as rape, or sexual manipulation as a child) that caused them to wish to become gay in an attempt to deal with it and when that trauma is finally dealt with, they become straight (or bi).
The message Ex-gay groups put out is one of belonging to a normal society, living a normal life, and having normal relationships. I believe what you do is normal to you, and no-one should tell you anything else.
That is why it is not stocked in public school libraries (and should be banned in my opinion).
A library is place where one can go to learn anything without censorship. A school library is a place where a child/teenager can go to learn and receive support to be themselves, or for more education, without censorship.
(Notice: not support to change themselves to fit other’s expectations)

Luett, you pretend to be a moral relativist by saying “I believe what you do is normal to you,” then you say sex help stuff should be banned, a very strong moral statement of calling the power of the state against your critics. Therefore you are either dishonest or intellectually inconsistent. Homosexual sex has become a form of cult worship, religious fanaticism that scrambles people’s brains. These people will say anything, no matter how illogical and absurd, if it extols anal sex. Talk about a thorough debasement of humanity and dragging people through the gutter instead of affirming and promoting human dignity. Professional homosexuality is guilty of massive dishonesty and myth-making, pretending that disfunction and suicide attempts among young people have to do with hostility towards homosexuality. Young people struggling with sexuality are far more likely to try to commit suicide and harm themselves if involved in homosexuality because their guilty conscience before God torments them. A civlized society will help such people escape their torments and make dignified, courageous and mature decisions to abandon sexual sin of all forms and pursue the trajectory of nobility, virtue, dignity, grace and healing.

Luett, Did you proof read that? You believe that there should be no censorship in school libraries, so that’s why they ban books that actually tell another story. Hmmm, Now that makes no sense. I guess that is Al Gore logic.

Individuals that endorse the lifestyle have obviously never lead it and have no experience in the drama, hurt or pain therein, and can only offer encouragement to a darker pit. These often offer:”I have friends that are gay!”, like they are offended that anyone dare suggest a different view. To this I ask: How many times have they eaten at dinner table, been inside your house, slept in your beds and how often do you hang-out? You are not their friend if the only advice you can give is to stay where your at. This is much like telling your drug addicted brother to keep using the crack pipe!
In 2000, my childhood friend died of AIDS, contracted in a gay bath-house he prostituted himself at in Toronto. But, I guess that this sort of body-peddling is defined ok because it was between two consenting adults and, well they were both gay and no upstanding Liberal minded person thinks to themselves. I do not rightly know of anyone who dreams of being a prostitute when they are a child. In Canada, we have legalized this and in doing so agreed to the slavery of both men and women who do not have any self-esteem and believe that they can do nothing else than be an orgasm for money. This is what Canada and Canadians thinks today! Sad.
