Graphic Images of Aborted Unborn Children Riles Burlington, Ontario Residents

Embarking on a two-week Ontario campaign, the Burnt River ‘Show the Truth’ mission is making headlines as members of the pro-life group stage graphic displays of aborted unborn children in various communities across the province. A report in today’s Burlington Post notes staged events in the lakeside city on Monday, July 13 and Friday, July 17 have angered local residents – critics of the displays argue the images of aborted unborn children are too graphic to post in public settings. Although not affiliated with ‘Show the Truth’, Halton Pro-Life Executive Director Joanne Matters argues that is exactly the point of the campaign:

Abortion never was, and never will be, a pretty sight. Surgical abortion always involves the dismemberment of a fully-formed, tiny human being who has legs and arms and whose heartbeat has been present since three weeks after conception.”

Matters notes the graphic display highlights the awful truth of abortion and if the images of aborted children are disturbing, then how much more disturbing the war on the womb taking place behind closed doors.

I wonder if these are the same people who okay the Pride Parades where naked people are running around frolicking in the streets?

Double standard???? To me it doesn’t seem appropriate for grown men to walk naked in front of innocent children’s eyes!

The prophet Ezekiel used visual aides to expose the truth to the exiled Jewish establishment in the Babylonian captivity. Modern-day Ezekiel’s are a very important ministry to a culture which is on a collision course with God’s judgement. Good going, Burnt River Campaign! :)

Pro-Abortion parents are mad that the children they have not aborted, now can see these pictures, and ask questions (we all know how kids like to ask questions!). Surely this will be a discussion no pro-abortion parent wants to have with their child. To mask it all they claim their children should not have to be confronted by such graphic images. I hope these same parents are busy purging their homes of gory movies and TV programs.
God have mercy on our nation.

Just as people can only understand what war is all about by viewing the images of war, the only way people will get to understand what Abortion really is all about is by showing them the graphic images. Its unfortunate and awful but it has to be done. Its like the facts of life being explained using nudity and copulation. The kids get exposed to that in school too. Its awkward to look at in the beginning but the point is best made that way. What else can one do with abortion but show that the murderous holocaust being visited on the unborn is not against lumps of flesh but on living human beings. its got to be down so we have to bear it. Thats how I see it. Tough love ya know.
